Welcome to Aurora Hotel. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking your stay.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Rates are quoted in Icelandic Króna (ISK) and are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required at the time of check-in unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. A valid credit card must be presented at check-in for incidental charges, even if the room has been prepaid.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance if you require special arrangements.
Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged for one night's accommodation. Special rates and packages may have different cancellation policies.
Failure to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation will result in a charge for the entire reservation amount. The reservation will be cancelled, and any remaining nights will not be honored.
Reservation modifications are subject to availability. Changes made within 48 hours of arrival may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to applicable cancellation fees.
Aurora Hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property, except where caused by our negligence. We recommend that all guests obtain appropriate travel insurance.
The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of valuables left in guest rooms. Safe deposit boxes are available at the front desk for storing valuables.
Aurora Hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, volcanic eruptions, severe weather, government actions, or other force majeure events.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iceland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Iceland.
