Our staff will be happy to assist with transportation information.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date (local time). Failure to do so will result in a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay or the full reservation amount, depending on the specific rate booked. 
In the event of a no-show, the Hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation and release the room for the remainder of the booking period. 
Bookings made under "Non-Refundable" terms are not eligible for refunds or modifications regardless of the cancellation timing.
